Goddess Vanessa is a sexy blonde nurse at a doctor's office. She is visiting with a patient who is there to receive a physical, but he has an outstanding balance that needs to be paid before the doctor will see him. When he is unable to make the payment and can't reschedule because he needs the physical before he can start work, the lovely goddess offers to help him by moving some numbers around so he can get his check up. However, he is going to have to do something for her, as well. She starts by having him remove her sneaker and smelling the stinky gym shoe, humiliating him.
